As a **Customer Service Associate**, you are tasked to deliver high quality of service to the customers and clients.
You are also expected to meet the following:

- Listen to the concerns and/or needs of the consumer
- Provide accurate support, answers and resolutions to the appeal raised in a professional and confident way
- Document the process undertaken in each transaction pertaining to the problems, requests and actions
- Maintain high level of expertise in computer tools and telephone etiquette skills
- Observe the shifting of schedules that is provided to them
- Meet or exceed minimum requirements for productivity, availability and quality requirements
- Guarantee highest quality of service is maintained to meet and/or exceed client specifications

**WHAT YOU NEED?
**
- Has a Bachelor's degree or any equivalent business experience
- Preferably in sales, marketing, customer service and/or applicable administrative experience
- AT LEAST 6 MONTHS OF BPO EXPERIENCE (but not mandatory)
- Highschool graduates are welcome to apply!
- Ability to display excellent knowledge of written and verbal communication in English
- Proficient reading skills required
- Ability to present information clearly, listen well, influence and persuade
- Sufficient knowledge in computer and other technology tools (as needed)
