**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
**Qualifications**
- Willing to start immediately
- Preferably with call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
- Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule
- Applicant must be amenable to work **onsite**:

- Must not have a conflict of interest such as plans to study/enrolled or to go abroad
- Unvaccinated applicants must be willing and have plans to be vaccinated

**Salary**: Php16,000.00 - Php18,000.00 per month
