**Qualifications**:

- **_18 months call center experience_**:

- Completed at least **_1st year on college._**:

- _**Should be amenable to work onsite (Northgate, Alabang)**_
- _**Okay to work on a Graveyard shift.

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolving customer inquiries/requests
- Developing and maintaining accurate files
- Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
- Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
