Open for zero BPO experience as long as 4 years College Graduate Completed at least 1st year in college (1st and 2nd semesters)6–18 months BPO experience is preferred but not required Okay, to work on a shifting schedule / graveyard shift. Responsibilities: Answering incoming calls or emails from customers. Resolving customer inquiries and requests. Developing and maintaining accurate files. Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing. Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner.
