Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in Pasig The CSR will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction on a dayshift account.
Qualifications

At least Have 6 months Call center experience
Prior experience in account management is a plus
Good to Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Amenable to work Onsite and START ASAP
