Your day-to-day in a nutshell:
Resolving customer inquiries/requests
Ensuring customer requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner
Utilizing various client-based tools and applications for customer management and servicing
Providing cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident and knowledgeable manner

What are we looking for?
AT LEAST COLLEGE LEVEL (for old curriculum)
K12 GRADUATE (Highschool graduate can be accepted but with 1 year in BPO (voice/non voice) but not LOCAL ACCOUNT
With Excellent Communication Skills
Can work on site
