Key Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service to clients while promoting and selling products or services.Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues related to sales and service.Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.Deliver product knowledge and technical support as required.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Qualifications: 1 to 2 years of sales experience in a BPO setting.Must have experience in Technical Sales or any sales-related BPO experience.Comfortable with a salary range of 25k - 27k.Can work onsite in Cubao.Available to start ASAP.Amenable to working midshift hours.
