Assistant Accounting Manager

(1) Financial Accounting & Reporting:

(a) Oversee preparation and final review of financial statements, including supporting documents.
(b) Provide high-level analyses and insights for management.
(c) Collaborate with departments on budgeting/forecasting.

(2) Month-End & Year-End Closing

(a) Supervise month-end/year-end close processes.
(b) Review adjusting entries and reconciliations.
(c) Ensure deadline adherence for all closing tasks.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or senior role.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Good communication and interpersonal skills for team supervision and cross-department collaboration.
