Cruzadas In-House Supervisor

-Deployment of a Chief Security Officer (CSO) or Ground Commander or In-house Supervisor who is responsible, among others, for the overall management, supervision, audit, training, and discipline of all the security personnel of Cruzadas, in liaison with the operations department.-Retraining or replacement, if necessary, of Detachment Commanders who will also serve concurrently as Admin Officers. As support of the Ground Commander (CSO), DCs shall be responsible for the administrative tasks, training, evaluation, planning, investigations, movements and operations of all the security personnel of Cruzadas.-Regular training programs of Security Personnel.-Quarterly Evaluation of PAs to be handled by CSO/Ground Commander/In-house Supervisor.-Security Officers Ladderized Training for the Detachment Commanders of Cruzadas.Qualifications:-Former or Retired Military Officer-At least 3 years experience in Security Industry-Preferably can drive MT/AT
