Summary:

We are looking for a personable and enthusiastic Cruise Line Guest Services Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a memorable and seamless experience from embarkation to disembarkation. Your passion for customer service and attention to detail will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional onboard atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Assistance: Provide friendly and efficient service to guests at the front desk, addressing inquiries, assisting with reservations, and resolving any issues that may arise during their cruise experience.
Check-In and Check-Out: Facilitate smooth embarkation and disembarkation processes, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and verified.
Information Provider: Share detailed information about onboard activities, dining options, and port excursions, helping guests make the most of their cruise experience.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to coordinate services and enhance the overall guest experience.
Sales Support: Promote onboard services and excursions, assisting guests with bookings and providing recommendations based on their preferences.

Qualifications:
At least HS Graduate (old curriculum) / SHS Graduate
1 year sales experience or 6 months sales experience
Willing to work onsite


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
