**Job Description**:
Summary:
To successfully share your knowledge and provide exceptional sales and service to our customer and in turn to their customers as part of the supply chain

Detailed Job Description:

- Adhering to use of Fountain of Knowledge and Procedures
- Retail Feedback
- Consistently low error rates
- We see increase in top lines cruise sales as a result of your upselling
- Increase in sales of preferred cruise products
- Attendance rate at product training and supplier sessions is in excess of 95%.
- CLIA training should be at least at accreditation level with a goal to working towards Ambassador & Master status
- Coaching/development plans are in place to close any gaps or support opportunities for personal growth

Knowledge, Skill-set, and Experience Required:

- Formal travel or tourism qualification.
- Have previous experience of selling cruises
- Preferably hold a CLIA qualification or have taken multiple cruises
- Team player, independent thinker, open minded & flexible
- Effective organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work professionally, accurately and efficiently under pressure
- Ability to remain professional at all times when dealing with difficult situations
- Passionate about the customer
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and manage a varied and substantial workload
- A good understanding of the workings of the travel Industry.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- A roll your sleeves up, can-do attitude
- Adept knowledge in Dolphin system

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
