**Overall Purpose of the Role**
As a CRM Data Analyst, you will be responsible for extracting CRM data and generating reports based on client specifications to cascade to other team specialists for lead generation.
You will also be responsible for reporting and logging different activities into the database and CRM of our clients for information management and data analysis as well as improving operational strengths and covering any possible points for business improvement.
**Additional Details**
- Salary Range: PHP 35,000 - 40,000
- Work schedule: Fixed Mondays to Fridays from 9 PM to 6 AM Manila Time
- This role is an on-site role at our Alabang location
**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- Rendering data and extracting leads from the client's CRM, Salesforce
- Preparing business and functional requirements for new and existing processes
- Rendering daily reports and frequent analytics to sort and cascade to specialists
- Supporting customer database expansion by providing end-to-end analysis for initiatives
- Authoring thorough and detailed data documentation for business and performance reports
- Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
- Leading discussions with stakeholders to present business analysis findings and proposed solutions
- Identifying and addressing operational risks and weaknesses within the business
- Innovating new and different ways to improve customer satisfaction
**Essential Qualifications**
- Two years of data analyst experience with proven ability to extract, clean, filter, and prepare data
- Advanced proficiency with spreadsheets, specifically Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Strong experience in handling, filtering, and sorting mass amounts of data and providing frequent reports when and as needed
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to work in close collaboration with the clients and a team of lead generation specialists
**Desirable Qualifications**
- Prior experience in a leadership role
- A strong ability to work independently and to think "on your toes"
- Willing to work onsite at our Alabang location
- Experience with Financial Services
- Familiarity with calendar management tools such as Calendly
