Crm Coordinator

· College degree holder
· Strong 2 to 4 years of experience with a CRM system and maintaining data quality
· Experience with InterAction and Vuture (required)
· Experience with Cirrom database (a contact database system). Other equivalent apps:
o Microsoft Dynamics
o Salesforce
o Intapp OnePlace
o Hubspot
· Experience in records data processing
· Experience in data tidying, standardization/normalization
· Strong communication skills
· Critical thinker
· Willing to work onsite during the Probation period, hybrid after regularization
· Amenable to work in a Midshift schedule"
