Crewing Superintendent

QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. Experience in Dredging/Marine Projects, with a focus on CSD. RESPONSIBILITIES: Reallocation of all marine crew after approval from all concerned line managers. Liaising with other Department Heads for the recruitment of Deck and Engine Officers. Monitoring manning levels and forecasting manning needs for all vessels. Maintaining crew lists of current manning in respect of each vessel. Monitoring and maintaining crew leaves in coordination with all concerned. Managing crew timesheets in coordination with all units and line managers and passing them for administration to process. Maintaining CV database & crew employment offers and regularly updating salary scale as per HR advice. Identifying hiring/promotion needs as well as determining required qualifications and skills. Consistently evaluating the performance of all seafarers to ensure compliance with requirements. Maintaining updated records for all seafarer documentation (Passport, Leaves, Exit & Entry, certificates). Keeping an updated record of all terminated and resigned crew and performing exit interviews. Pooling suitable seagoing personnel and keeping full records. Job Type: Full-time
