Is now hiring for:
CREWING OFFICER

Responsibilities:
In-charge of recruiting, pooling and shortlisting of qualified seafarers for Super Shuttle Roro Vessels;
Arranges/schedules for proper reliever or replacement of seafarers;
Ensures that crews have valid and updated licenses and certificates;
Coordinates with Operations Managers and Ship Officers related to crewing matters;
Requirements:
Graduate of Bachelors Degree in Psychology or Business Administration or any related course;
At least 1-3 years experience in crewing / shipping industry;
Preferably 2-3 years supervisory experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent;
With good planning, organizing and human relations skills;
Flexible and fast learner who can easily adopt to fast phase environment; also willing to extend beyond working hours;
