A.
DOCUMENTATION PROCESS
- Updates rotation plan, and line-up whenever changes are received from the Principal or from the CM.
- Receives line-up/crew list from MPS/MPP and assesses documentation required per seafarer.
- Ensures all documents are valid, updated, and complete.
- Prepares all documents (contracts, allotment slip for seafarer's signature)
- Submits documents for OEC and Visa processing
- Scans documents such as PEME, OEC, Visa, licenses, and certificates submitted by the seafarer
- Informs Systems group for scanned documents ready for uploading to Principal System and/or Connect 2020.
B. EMBARKATION
- Prepares relevant and required letters (LOG, LOI, Letter to the Master, etc.)
- Compiles seafarer documents such as OEC, Visa and Letters prepared and endorses to seafarer for dispatch to Crewing Office

C. DISEMBARKATION
- Provides forms to seafarer
- Prepares release papers and other documents required for disembarkation.

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
