Travel Cue's Enhanced Crew Mobility Management (ECM2) Department is looking for a Crew Mobility Coordinator (CMC).
He/She will be responsible for managing administrative (travel related) needs of the Client with respect to on-boarding / off-boarding of seafarers.
Once the list and document details of the selected seafarers to be on-boarded / off-boarded on a ship, along with the name of port of change, is shared by the Client to Travel Cue's ECM2 team, he /she will be responsible for the following:
1.
Managing the implementation of Client's Crew Department procedures
2.
Understand the various visa requirements particularly for Filipino / Romanian & EU crews and non-EU citizens working and transiting the UK / Schengen Area
3.
Work closely with Client's Crew Department Head / Liaison Office / Manning agents
4.
Coordination with the Client, Manning Agency, Master, Port Agents & Travel Cue Operations Team regarding:
a.
Documents & requirements
b.
Monitoring of vessel's current schedules
c. Ticket matters
5.
Ensure that the Crew Management System is being used properly and faithfully with procedures being followed
6.
Adhoc request(s) - if any
Skills Requirement:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with Diploma/Bachelor's/College Degree, 5 years in Shipmanagement/Crewing/Manning Company is an advantage
- Computer literate with sound knowledge of MS office - Word, Excel & Power Point.
- Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal
- Good time management, with ability to prioritize & multi task.
- Attention to details with problem solving skills and willingness to learn with high quotient of adaptability.

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
