Every month, this position will entail an update of a client's workbook for the SCM portfolio:
- Review, process and verify collateral reports submitted by the clients.
o, Reconcile monthly accounts receivable aging and inventory reporting.
- Review and calculate ineligible based upon a pre-determined schedule.
o, Verify clients' incoming cash receipts and disbursements through bank statements.
- Monitor and maintain quality of portfolio by alerting Onshore of any discrepancies on the reports.
- Monitor and ensure all SCM-related invoice details are accurately documented in the Invoice Log promptly.
- Monitor and ensure all SCM-related documents are correctly saved in their respective folders and update accurately the Borrower's Listing file.
o, Set up new workbooks from potential clients during the transition of a deal from due diligence to closing.
- Any other related processes required by Client Requirements
**Qualifications**:
ii.
Knowledge of financial covenants and bank reconciliation.
iii.
Excellent English, oral and written, communication skills.
iv.
Keen attention to detail
v. Computer and internet proficiency.
vi.
Can work with mínimal supervision and can deliver high-quality output
vii.
Must be highly organized and with excellent multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize activities effectively.
viii.
Must be proactive, motivated, detail-oriented, a team player and knows how to work with Service Level Agreements (SLA) and metrics.
**Education and Experience**:
Management, Economics, Accounting, or another related business course.
ii.
Can be a fresh graduate or with 1-2 years of experience in the accounting or finance industry.
