As a Credit Officer, you will be responsible for evaluating loan applications, assessing creditworthiness, and managing loan portfolios. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of the company while providing exceptional customer service.
ResponsibilitiesReview loan applications and supporting documentation.Assess creditworthiness of loan applicants by analyzing financial information, credit reports, and other relevant data.Calculate risk ratios and determine appropriate loan terms and conditions.Make sound credit decisions and authorize loan approvals within designated limits.Monitor loan portfolios, identify potential risks, and take timely action to mitigate them.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Proven experience in credit analysis and loan underwriting.Strong understanding of credit risk assessment and financial analysis principles.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Working LocationHamilton Development Corporation, 117, Juan Luna Street, Binondo, Manila, 1000 Metro Manila, Philippines
