Primarily responsible for making sound credit decisions on Auto and SME loan applications through application of underwriting fundamentals and evaluation in adherence to internal and external policies and guidelines ensuring the accuracy of data encoded in Bank's Front End System.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Application PrescreeningResponsible for validating the accuracy of the data encoded in the consumer front-end-system.Ensures that all applications have been verified and completed:Pre-approval documents and Customer Information Report (CIT), if applicablePhone verified (trade checked, customers and suppliers, if applicable)Ocular/filed verified (if applicable)Property appraised/title verifiedEnsures that all received applications are processed within the turn-around-time.Credit EvaluationReviews and evaluates loan application package by CBG-Sales.Recommends appropriate credit decision based on defined parameters and guidelines of the bank.Consult Team Lead regarding sensitive work problems/concerns of unusual occurrences that do not conform with the standard procedures and recommends alternative solutions to resolve the issue.Gives relevant feedback with regard to appraisal and NAPU/CREDIT INVESTIGATION matters that affect quality of evaluation and turn-around-time (TAT).Administrative DutiesEnsures the security of file documents submitted.Ensures submission of daily productivity report.Other FunctionsUndertake adhoc assignments or handle special projects/role assigned by management from time to time.BDO Unibank, Inc. provides equal opportunity to all qualified candidates.
