Must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree

- Objective, Honest and Diligent
- Street Smart
- Comfortable doing field work
- Self-starter and independent
- Fluency in written and oral english
- Must know how to drive
- Must own a motorcycle or automobile with driver's license
- Must be willing to be assigned anywhere in Mindanao
