The Credit and Collection Head shall be responsible for the overall management and efficient daily operation of the Credit and Collection Department: Managing delinquent accounts for the purpose of collecting past-due balances; Handling of, as well as management representative in legal cases concerning collections, and will supervise the following direct reports: Credit and Collection Assistant,
Credit and Collection Clerk, Credit Analyst, Billing Clerk, Collectors and Meter Reader.
