**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**A.
Credit Evaluation and Management**
1.
Identifies and evaluates all loan applicants for worthiness based on the gathered information of the Credit Investigator
2.
Checks credit histories for external and internal credit entities for all loan applicants.
3.
Computes and identifies the maximum loanable amount based on credit parameters.
4.
Ensures that all credit decision is based on the credit policy and parameters set by the Management.
5.
Indicates all the observable risks and seeks decision of higher authority for any deviation.
7.
Ensures that the approved loans approved are delivered to the operations within the expected TAT and all good renewal clients were given priority.
8.
Identifies and recommends revision on policies and procedures in accordance with identified credit exposure based on defaults accounts observed during credit reviews.
**B.
Client Credit Transaction Monitoring**

Checks the loan applicant's name in the Negative file List and follow credit policy for such accounts.
4.
Updates and edits customer information including collateral, credit limits and net disposable income.
7.
Prints approved sales and other required reports for the day and submits the same to the management and other stakeholders.
**C. Reports Management**
1.
Prepare Monthly Reports for Management such as Management Reports, and other reports
**D. Corporate Planning and Deliverables Monitoring**
1.
Participates in strategic and operational planning activities of the company.
2.
Prepares, submits and presents reports relative to the development of plans and assessment of departmental output at any given time
**E. Business Process Improvements and Process Documentation**
1.
Analyzes and evaluates current workflow by initiating business efficiency studies such as time and motion study and the like
2.
Revisits existing policies, procedures and work instructions and identifies areas that can be improved.
3.
Creates innovative projects and documents policies and procedures to improve over-all departmental efficiency
**F. Personnel Management**
Exercises administrative control over all activities and staff under his management with respect to work load distribution, personnel placement, performance appraisal, training, teamwork, morale, attendance, discipline and work behavior
**G. Performs other functions as directed by the management from time to time.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- College graduate preferably in the field of Business Administration, Account or Banking and Finance
- 2years' experience in Credit Evaluation
- Must have an experience in collateral appraisal
- at least 1 year of which in supervisory capacity

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ortigas Pasig: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
