Credit And Collections Manager (Quezon City)

Responsibilities:1.Oversee credit granting process, manage customer accounts and ensure timely collection of outstanding debts2.Providing customer service regarding collection issues, process of customer refunds, review account adjustments, processing of credit memo's and resolve client discrepancies3.Responsible in managing the collections, dealer account reconciliation and providing statement of accounts to dealers4.Communicate issues that are preventing timely and accurate billings5.Review and manage posting of company revenue and collections in SAP6.Prepare and manage posting of company revenue and collections in SAP7.Prepare monthly and quarterly report to the management8.Designs and implements processes to improve cash flow and reduce receivables9.Training and mentoring staff members in the credit & collections department10.Monitor documentation compliance requirements to organization standards proceduresQualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field•3-5 years of experience related to credit & collection•With pleasing personality & team player attitude
