**SCOPE**

The Insurance Coordinator, is in charge of coordinating vehicle repair insurance claim approvals, repair estimates and costs, communicating extensively with the Company's customers, insurance companies, Team Members and Contractors performing the repairs and assisting the Insurance Coordinator in relevant tasks.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**

1.
Prepares insurance quotation for clients.
2.
Prepares relevant correspondence.
3.
Gives clients a call to inform and encourage them to renew their insurance.
4.
Follow-up calls with client having insufficient payments for insurance premium.
5.
Monitors new and renewal businesses.
6.
Performs on the spot explanation for the new business as well as makes follow-up calls to explain the contents of the policies for a more personalized service.
7.
Proposes and implements means to capture the Outside Insurance businesses.
8.
Maintains accuracy and up-to-date data file of all VSD releases.
9.
Continuous follow-up on all releases of the previous years to remind and encourage customers to renew their car insurance on time and in Toyota Marilao

Monitors all renewal payments including PDC's of customers.
11.
Monitor customers with incomplete/insufficient premium payments.
12.
Submit monthly renewal report to the Credit and Collection Manager.
13.
Submit list of customers due for insurance renewal to the VSM and GRMs.
14.
Sending of insurance reminder letter to customer thru snail mail.
15.
Sending of renewed Insurance Policy to customer thru LBC.
16.
Prepares Toyota Insure report to the Credit and Collection manager for TMP and internal purposes.
17.
Collates and submits list of renewals for commission to Accounting Department.
18.
Performs other tasks as maybe assigned by the Department Head/Insurance Coordinator from time to time.
Qualifications:
a.
College Graduate of any Course;
b.
Wide knowledge on claims procedure and insurance coverage;
c. Automotive experience;
d. Strong organizational, follow-up and Customer Service communication skills;
e. Attention to detail;
f. Problem solving skills;
g. Ability to prioritize a wide range of responsibilities, multi-task and meet critical deadlines;
h. Time management ability;
i. Proficiency in MS word and Excel;
- Empathy for customers (ability to see things from the customer's point of view);
- Honest and trustworthy;
- Respectful; and
- Flexible.
**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: From Php11,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

Ability to commute/relocate:
