**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
- 18 years old and above
- Position requires a strong history of developing and attaining cash collection
- Experience working in Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collection and Customer Service
- Excellent judgement and ability to delineate fundamental credit risk
- Can work in a minimum supervision
- Willing to work 5 days a week, Monday - Friday
- Willing to work in Cainta Rizal
- Can start ASAP.
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Creating and maintaining credit history files
- Supporting the HMO collections efforts/calls for accounts receivable portfolio
- Documenting daily collections activity pertaining to Credit Cards, Debit Cards, HMO and Philhealth
- Records any and all collection efforts taken on individual accounts
- Researching account disputes and billing discrepancies
- Performing account/payment reconciliations
- Identifying delinquent accounts requiring external collection efforts
- Supervise outstanding account balances
- Inform the Finance Officer of credit and collection activities and tackle issues
- Undertake research and assemble documentation to support adjustments to account balances
- Document all updates and acquired information on accounts
- Commence appropriate actions to ensure collection of slow paying or offending balances
