Credit And Collection Staff

Job description:
Primary person responsible for the credit and collection function for Bullseye Group.
Processing of Credit memos (discount, returns, other write-offs) as it arises
Monitor cash on delivery (COD) payments
Responsible for monitoring, preparation of documents, checking and processing of Claims per Principals
Monitors and reorders C&C forms: Invoices, CRs, PRs, etc.
Filing Sales Invoice / Delivery Receipts / RSF
Prepare Sales Invoice for Salesman
Receives daily delivery reports from Logistic Department, including Cash / Check, Sales Invoice, RTV Form, etc.
Must always have deep and updated knowledge of customer credit background

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php23,000.00 per month

Schedule:
8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:
13th month salary
Overtime pay
