Credit And Collection Specialist

**JOB SUMMARY**

The main role is to oversee the fulfillment and efficiency of the clients' Billing & Collection process.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Day-to-Day Monitoring of Buyer's Statement of Account
- Monitors Delinquent Accounts
- Posts Payments & Prepares Official Receipts
- Customer Care
- Reporting

**EXPERIENCE**
- Proven experience as a Collection Specialist or similar role in a real estate company.
- 2 years of increasingly responsible financial analysis or accounting experience.
Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System is highly desirable.
**EDUCATION / KNOWLEDGE BACKGROUND / CERTIFICATION**
- Equivalent to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in accounting, public or business administration, or a related field.
Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- financial analysis or accounting: 2 years (preferred)
- Real Estate or Construction Company: 1 year (preferred)
