**Collections Representative**

**Location**:BGC, Taguig City

As a Collections Representative, you will be responsible for establishing account resolution, obtaining confidential financial information, and analyzing credit bureaus.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Work to reach a resolution on accounts placed with our office
- Promote and suggest urgent resolution of account(s) with consumer or authorized representative
- Accurately assess consumer accounts to ensure appropriate actions are taken
- Attempt to secure payments for account resolution
- Follow up with consumers who have indicated an interest in resolution
- Adhere to call flow expectations of department
- Work and maintain individual work lists
- Make all necessary updates in the collection system
- Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to debt collection

**Requirements**:

- SHS Graduate & High School Diploma or its equivalent
- Experience in call center collections, customer service or telemarketing is preferred, but not required
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Computer and typing skills required
- Self-starter with great attention to detail
- Powerful communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
- Ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously and continually meet objectives
- Strong work ethic demonstrated through attendance, individual and team goals
- A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best
- Ability to learn new information and integrate processes
- Has not worked outside the Philippines within the last 7 years
- Must be willing to be trained & work onsite
- With valid NBI clearance and another valid ID
- Can start asap

**Offer**:

- Up to Php 26,000 basic salary
- Php 2,500 allowance
- Php 9,000 monthly performance based incentives
- Day 1 HMO coverage (for you) plus 2 free dependents

**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

- 13th month salary
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

- Pasay City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Senior High School (required)

**Experience**:

- Collections: 1 year (preferred)
- BPO: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Willingness to travel:

- 75% (required)
