Credit And Collection Officer - Cebu City - Start Immediately

KEY ROLES:

- Preparation of Sales/Billing Invoice
- Follow up collections from clients, Strictly monitoring of AR Aging
- Responding to client's inquiry/concerns and addressing transaction-related issues
- Encoding of Sales and Collection in the Accounting system
- Recommendation of terms request for sales submissions to Supervisor/Head and Managements for approval
- Preparation of Weekly, Monthly & Annual Reports (AR Aging, Collection Reports, Sales vs Collection status, Collection Projection target, summary of creditable w/tax)


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Bank in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- Marketing and or relevant field
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in related field
- With experience in Billing and collections, Ability to adhere to strict deadlines, Good customer service skills,
- Familiar with SAP, Oracle is a plus
- Can start immediately

LOCATION: Cebu City
SALARY: Php 15,000 - Php 18,000 (negotiable)
ARRANGEMENT: on site - with field works as needed
