Credit And Collection Associate

Job Responsibilities:

-Ensures that all collectibles are properly communicated, coordinated, and accomplished accurately, completely and on time.
-Maintains and safeguard all legal and confidential documents, information and records (ex. Invoices, receipts, credit memos, BIR forms, etc) related to credit and collection for proper traceability and safekeeping.

Job Qualifications:

-Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or any business-related courses.
-Has atleast 2-years' experience with credit and collection role or any Finance role is preferred.
-Skills: time management, organizational skills, strong and clear communication skills both oral and written, strong business acumen, and strong mathematical skills.
-Must have skills and knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint or tools relevant to credit and collection responsibilities)
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
-Willing to report in the office (Cubao, Quezon City).
-Amenable to work from Mondays to Fridays work schedule (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
