Program Overview:
The Credit and Collection Apprenticeship Program offers participants the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge in the Credit and Collection department. Apprentice will engage in various administrative and operational tasks, learning the essential functions of credit management and collections. This program is designed to provide a solid foundation for a career in finance or accounting.
Key Learning Objectives: 1. Document Management and Coordination:
· Learn how to scan, file, and consolidate collection receipts.
2. Financial Documentation Preparation:
· Gain experience in preparing deposit slips for collected payments.
3. Reconciliation Processes: Develop skills in consolidating and checking missing certificates of withholding tax.Work collaboratively with team members, to ensure accurate reconciliation. 4. Document Archiving and Accessibility: Understand the importance of archiving documents related to collected receivables.Learn to organize and maintain archived documents for easy access during audits and other inquiries. 5. Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks within the Credit and Collection department as assigned by the Team Leader or Business Controller.Support the team in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; coursework in finance, accounting, or a related field is a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Strong organizational and time management skills.Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documents.Good communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.No prior experience required; previous administrative or clerical experience is beneficial. Program Structure:
Duration: 6 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
