Credit And Admin Assistant

Job Summary
- Performs Data Entry functions timely and accurately in Accounting System
- Checks validity and correctness of supporting documents
- Maintains record of all transactions
- Processing of payments (including payroll, taxes and mandatory contributions)
- Implement other accounting procedures including bank reconciliation
- Prepare government filings
- Performs other duties as assigned and required

**Qualifications**:

- Background in credit/admin/finance/accounting/related field
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Must be well organized
- Keen attention to details
- Self motivated
- Hardworking and able to meet deadlines
- Preferred with accounting/finance experience in a lending or financing company

**Salary**: Php13,000.00 - Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
