Summary Statement:

The Creator Representative will act as the bridge between the Creator and the different departments of the agency. The role will be mainly responsible on communicating with the Influencers in a daily basis through the preferred channel of communication of the Influencer. The Creator Representative is someone who'll be able to listen actively to the influencer making sure that the demands/preference of the Influencer is being communicated effectively in all departments of the agency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a strong relationship, knowing how the page should be run, and familiarity with the limitations of the Influencer while providing guidance, support, and suggestions based on current trends.
• Comfortable to communicate with the Influencer using the preferred means of communication in a professional and courteous manner.
• Comprehensively understands the needs and wants of the Influencer and creates a customer service ticket that we'll address to the responsible department making sure all guidelines set by the Influencer are being met.
• Communicate with the Account Auditor to make sure the Account Chatters are following the guidelines set, making sure the Training Department is aware of the opportunities so they can be addressed during training sessions.
Qualifications:
• Team Lead/Manager experience required
• Only Fans experience is not required but highly preferred.
• Female candidates highly preferred
• Excellent English oral and written communication skills.
• Experienced Customer Service Champion/Account Manager knowing how to deal with the different personalities of each influencer.
• Comfortable to work in the Adult Entertainment Industry.
Salary & Schedule
• $5/hour and 12-hour shifts are mandatory five days a week (Paid time off after 12 months of employment)
