The opportunity: As the Creatives Team Lead of the company, you are responsible for managing and facilitating the creatives brand team in creating and designing visual solutions (graphics, motion graphics, and video) for internal and external branding from ideation and conceptualization, to execution. You will be guiding the team in creating materials like a pitch deck for sales, graphics for an article in our real estate journal, key visuals for a social media campaign, or even working on post-event photo & video highlights for an event. This means the team's projects will vary, and your stakeholders - the people your team supports with your designs - will be evenly diverse. You are good at: Delivering high-quality design solutions for social media, video, web, and print:Graphic Design (social media ads, posters, web banners, etc.) Video Editing, Motion Graphics, Data visualizations for infographics, PPT Presentations, and trend reports Manages and conducts photo and video shoots/coverage for various projects (events and AVPs) Creating innovative designs but still upholding and preserving the corporate branding (brand policing) Creating fun and conducive environment for your team to promote teamwork and collaboration Collaborating and properly transacting with the other brand teams, and other internal and external partners Ensuring that the team will produce consistent quality output that is delivered on time What it takes: As at least 4 years of leadership experience in Creative/Multimedia Design Intermediate to advance skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, Google Slides/PPT, and Canva Detail-oriented, excellent organizational and project management skills Has initiative and well organized, and able to handle multiple projects Well-organized, structured, and process-oriented leadership style Have good knowledge of corporate branding Strong communication skills Knowledge of the latest design trends and tools Expert knowledge of interaction design, user-centered experience design, and the creative process, as well as new platforms and technologies for the digital mediums Knowledge of Basic Web/HTML knowledge and UI design principles Has initiative in the production workflow process, including but not limited to creative repository and project management tools Background e-commerce and real estate are a plus
