Meet the team:

As part of theCreative Services team,theAssociateAccount/ProjectManagerwillbe the primarypoint of contact with our strategic partners tocollaborate,initiateand manage creative projects, tasks, and workflows, to ensure deliverables are executed on strategy, on budget, and on time. This will involveclose partnership with the internalcreatives, marketing operations, andmarketing managersonkeyinitiatives for theGlobal Marketing Teamas part of the Commercial Organization. They bring success to the team through effective relationship management, and value creation byleveragingthe full capability of the Creative Services team overall. They work closely with the otherproductmarketingteams(Consumer, Healthcare Provider, Channel,Partners)in delivering and exceeding expectationsfor creative execution performed by thein-house creative team.

Where you come in:
You will oversee projects within Creative Services from project acceptance to final delivery, ensuring strategic alignment beforeinitiatingwork. You will lead in managing project expectations, goals,objectives, and timelines, and negotiate dates and scopes of work with internal product and channel marketing managers as needed.

You willbe responsible forcreative timelines and tasks within the project management platform to assign work to the Dexcom creative team for a variety of campaigns and launch deliverables.

You will collaborate withthe otherAccount Managers in Creative Services to manage the creative team's bandwidth by regularly reviewing workloads and adjusting for over- or under-utilization to ensureoptimalproductivity.

You will successfully collaborate withvariousteam members across DexcomGlobalMarketing teams, externalagencies, andthird-partyvendorstoformulate strategic creative roadmaps that address project needs.

You will assess and streamline creative project workflows, ensuring that eachstepof the process, from initiation to final execution, is efficient,effectiveand clearly defined to all parties involved. This involvesdefining roles and responsibilities,optimizinginternalresource allocation, reducing bottlenecks, andeliminatingunnecessary steps toexpeditedelivery.

You willparticipatein the design phases including creative brief development and kick off, creative concepting and reviews, feedback and revisions, pre-production, reporting, and debriefs.

You willhelp to leadprojects and teams, gaining and sustaining trust by deliveringtimely, quality results and making strategic recommendations along the project lifecycle.

You willmaintaindeepknowledge of our internal partners, products, and the industry, including trends, market research, and issues that mayimpactstrategy, competitive landscape, and stakeholders.

You will partner with the Creative Services leadership team to plan and forecast budgetary requirements tooptimizeresource allocation for creative projects.

What makes you successful:
You have4-6+years of experiencewithin an advertising agencyor in-house creative teamin an account management,strategyor client-facing role.

You have experience working with projectmanagementssystems(Asana, a plus), working as a projectmanagerand/or building workflows within project management systems.

You bringconsumerand/orhealthcareproviderexperienceto the team.

You havedemonstratedsuccesswith commercializing products, preferably in medicaldeviceorpharmaceuticals.

You havedemonstratedsuccess using current project and resource management tools (such as workflow software, resource planning, project dashboards, etc.)?
