Requirements and Qualifications:* Holder of degree in design or I.T., or a related discipline.* At least 2 years of proven work experience in the creative & I.T. field or similar.* Must have knowledge in using industry-standard graphics and multimedia software packages.* Naturally creative & imaginative, with basic drawing skills and an eye for detail.* Be pro-active in keeping ahead of new trends, designs, strategies, including learning new ways to improve impact of creative campaign.* Has solid understanding of social and digital media, e-commerce and other elements that need to be seamlessly incorporated into the company's projects* A team player; can accept criticism and can positively process other's inputs or ideas
