About the Client: The client is the founder of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting and uplifting the arts community. With a mission to empower artists and foster creativity, the organization curates events, art shows, and markets that provide platforms for artistic expression and collaboration. Their innovative approach combines social media marketing, event management, and community engagement to make art more accessible and impactful.
Responsibilities: Social Media Marketing Manage Meta Business Suite and run ads campaigns.Create engaging content using Canva.Plan and schedule social media posts. Marketing & Communications Write newsletters, draft press releases, and create event listings.Reach out to potential partners to build relationships and expand event participation. Event Planning and Management Coordinate logistics for art events, markets, and shows.Manage databases of participating artists.Communicate with artists and vendors to ensure smooth event execution. Executive Assistance Provide administrative support to the executive team.Manage emails, calendars, and task tracking. Customer Service Respond to inquiries and support artists participating in events.Handle general email communication. Technical Skills:Proficient in Canva, Mailchimp, Google Drive, Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.Knowledge of Meta Business Suite for social media and ads management.Soft Skills:Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.A proactive and creative mindset.Experience:Background in social media marketing, creative marketing, or event planning.Customer support experience is a plus.
