As a Creative Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and captivating our audience through exceptional design.

Responsibilities:
? Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and promotional materials, including print, digital, and multimedia assets.
? Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
? Produce eye-catching graphics that align with brand aesthetics and effectively communicate key messages.
? Design engaging visuals for social media posts, email campaigns, website banners, and other digital marketing initiatives.
? Design graphic user interface elements like icons, buttons, menus, tabs, banners, etc.
? Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
? Conduct design research and stay up to date on current design trends and best practices.
? Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company brand guidelines and ensure consistent visual identity across all projects.
? Prepare design mockups, presentations, and mood boards to effectively communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
? Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
? Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
? Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile applications
? Utilize industry-standard design software proficiently (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)
? Assist with the creation of design templates and style guides (a plus).

Preferred Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field, and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or similar role.
? Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI design.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
? A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design skills, and a clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
? Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines effectively.
? Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
? A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.
? Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
