play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and captivating our audience through
exceptional design.
Responsibilities:
• Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of marketing and
promotional materials, including print, digital, and multimedia assets.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to understand project
requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines.
• Produce eye-catching graphics that align with brand aesthetics and effectively
communicate key messages.
• Design engaging visuals for social media posts, email campaigns, website
banners, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Design graphic user interface elements like icons, buttons, menus, tabs,
banners, etc.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload to meet
deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
• Conduct design research and stay up to date on current design trends and best
practices.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's brand guidelines
and ensure consistent visual identity across all projects.
• Prepare design mockups, presentations, and mood boards to effectively
communicate design ideas to stakeholders.
• Manage design workflow from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and
maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Revise and iterate on designs based on feedback to ensure alignment with
project goals and objectives.
• Assist in the design and development of user interfaces for web and mobile
applications
• Utilize industry-standard design software proficiently (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite -
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva)
• Assist with the creation of design templates and style guides (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or a related field,
and a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Creative Graphic Designer or
similar role.
• Knowledge of mobile and web design principles and experience with UX/UI
design.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing
multiple projects simultaneously.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects, exceptional design
skills, and a clear understanding of design principles (typography, color theory,
layout, composition).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet
deadlines effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• A passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to continuously learn
and grow.
• Familiarity with motion graphics or animation software (a plus).
