Job DescriptionDevelops content strategy for CHiNOY TV Digital across various platforms (social media and television) and its client requirements.Familiarizes with the company's branding, products, and services, including the needs of the target audience and the market behavior.Contributes to the strategic development of the organization in terms of creative production and branding.Develops creative ideas/concepts and formulates effective visual communication strategies as suggested by the Management, Marketing, and other members of the production and digital teams.Evaluates trends, assesses new data, and keeps up-to-date with the latest content marketing and social media techniques.Directs brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.Leads the production team in implementing creative ideas.Supervises the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.Fosters positivity and team spirit to build a strong cohesive production team.Minimum QualificationsHas at least 4 to 5 years experience in Broadcast, Digital, and Advertising.Has a strong background in Video Production and Social Media Marketing.Has experience in conceptualizing new content.About Fil-Chi Media Productions Inc.
