RIPECONCEPTS, INC.Is currently looking for:  CREATIVE DIRECTOR Career Level:5+ years of experienceHC:1 Responsibilities: Work with clients and members of the creative team to evaluate client needs, develop project strategies, budgets and timelines and deliver finished design within those parameters.Review and approve designs and illustrations developed by team membersConduct research to better understand brand objectives, target markets and industry trends. ???Hire, train, and manage design staffQualifications: Degree in any field related to Arts, Design, etc.At least over 5 years of work experience in the design field???Experience in managing / supervising a team of graphic designers???Ability to work independently????Demonstrates strong visual design and conceptual work across all multimedia platforms??Experience in Branding, Packaging Design, Style Guides, Website Design, or Trendy Design is an advantageOther Information: Amenable to work 9am-6pm Mondays to Fridays; OnsitePortfolio - PDF file / link will do
