Day to Day Role:Generate creative and innovative design concepts that resonate withtarget audiences, showcasing fresh and fun ideasDaily work includes preparing social media content, cross-channeldigital advertising campaigns, Amazon design (A+, DPI, Stores), dailyemails, HTML5 banners, strategy for seasonal campaignsStay updated with the latest design trends, incorporating them intodesign projects to maintain a contemporary and cutting-edge aestheticDirect photography selection including retouching and attending shootsfor new product launches and campaigns.Work with Marketing team to translate and create marketing requirementsinto compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs.Design and layout packaging artwork: must understand die-lines; executeon all design principles including layout, typography, and color theory;and maintain a strong sense of grid structure.Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touchpoints.Create internal decks and brand communication assets.Works within production schedules to manage time and prioritize dailyworkload.Create merchandising graphicsCreate presentation decks and event collateralDesign primary and secondary retail packaging and promotional displaysin the beauty spaceKeep up to date with innovations and trends Qualifications:3+ years of experience in graphic design in Beauty, Jewelry or FashionindustryAdobe Creative Suite (well versed in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign,Premiere Pro, After Effects)Proven portfolio showcasing modern and innovative design concepts,specifically in web and social media graphicsBachelor's (Preferred)Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, andlayout techniques.Ability to retouch imagesAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously,and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborateeffectively with diverse teamsStrong attention to detailStrong time managementFamiliarity with pop culture, fashion and trendsStrong portfolio of design workAble to present concepts Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
