Creative Designer

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop graphic and multimedia assets for web pages, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
3. Utilize industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.), to produce high-quality multimedia content.
4. Create and edit video content, including motion graphics, animations, and video clips, to enhance user engagement and convey key messages effectively.
5. Maintain and organize a multimedia library to ensure easy access to reusable assets and streamline content creation processes.
6. Stay up-to-date with design trends, multimedia technologies, and best practices to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our visual communication.
7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, Product, and Developers, to ensure the seamless integration of multimedia elements into various projects.

Requirements:

1. A strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic and multimedia design.
2. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.
3. Experience creating and editing video content, including motion graphics and animations.
4. Understanding of the startup culture and readiness to match our enthusiastic energy
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
