Creative Design Manager

Salary: To be discussed upon interviewQualifications:- At least 20-25 years of professional experience & at least 7 years of managerial experience.- Request for portfolio links/file- At least 35 y/o- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)- Has a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication- Proven professional experience of at least 25 years in the Design and Construction Philippines industry- Proven managerial experience of at least 7 years(Supervisory level); Has leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills- Proficient in design software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail
