Primary Qualifications:- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)- Has a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication- Proven professional experience of at least 25years in the Design and Construction Philippinesindustry- Proven managerial experience of at least 7years(Supervisory level); Has leadership, communication,and interpersonal skillsSecondary Qualifications:- Proficient in design software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detailSalary: 80K - 200K
