Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, intuitive, and organized Creative Coordinator to join our Account Strategist Department. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful communicator, collaborative team player, and efficient multitasker with a deep passion for both print and digital design. This role is responsible for creating visually appealing, on-brand assets with a focus on performance data and industry best practices. You'll work closely with the Social Media and Marketing teams, as well as the wider creative department.
Key Responsibilities
1. Copywriting
Source trending and relevant topics for blogs and schedule them in advance.
Research and draft SEO-friendly blog content that aligns with the client's brand voice.
2. Social Media
Assist in content creation, including video/photo content, caption creation, and Reels.
Conduct hashtag research to enhance engagement and keep strategy current.
Research and compile trending audio and visuals on social platforms.
Engage with other accounts to boost followers and engagement using tools like DollarEighty.
Manage social inboxes to ensure timely responses (within 24 hours).
3. Marketing
Conduct marketing research, including competitor analysis and audience targeting metrics.
Create engaging ad copy for relevant platforms.
Record feedback on strategies and communicate with the team for quick adjustments.
Assist in creating and updating digital strategy guides for new and existing clients.
4. Administrative Support
Provide administrative support for efficient daily operations.
Schedule meetings, both internally and externally.
Take detailed notes on calls and provide comprehensive recaps.
Record meeting notes in the project management software, compile action items, and assign tasks as needed.
Prepare agendas for meetings in advance and follow up on related projects.
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
Must have experience handling US clients.
Proficiency in Mailchimp.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
A portfolio showcasing experience with both print and digital design projects is REQUIRED.
