WORK LOCATION: Quezon City
WORK SCHEDULE: Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
SALARY RANGE: ?25,000 - ?30,000 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration | May prefer candidates with a Master's DegreePreferably CPA (Certified Public Accountant)With at least 2 years of experience in cost accounting, inventory control, or related financial rolesFamiliarity with spreadsheet software (e.g., Excel) for data analysis and reportingKnowledge of cost accounting principles and methodologies, such as standard costing, job costing, and activity-based costingUnderstanding of inventory management principles, including inventory valuation methods (e.g., FIFO, LIFO, weighted average)Ability to analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or process improvementsStrong mathematical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and inventory recordsFamiliarity with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, related to inventory valuation, financial reporting, and complianceClear verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., operations, procurement) and present financial information to stakeholdersCapability to troubleshoot accounting discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and accuracy in cost and inventory processes
