REQUIREMENTS:
- Master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration, or equivalent Business Experience
- With more than 10 years of progressive experience in a Major Company or Division of a Large Corporation
- High level of Business and Commercial Acumen
- Should have experience in partnering with an executive team, and have a high level of written and oral communication skills
- Preferably with experience in Budget Management and with ability to understand and analyse financial information
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent skills ininfluencing and negotiation
- Able to work independently and as part of a team with a high level of timemanagement skills
- Articulate, polished and professional who have a good manner
- A self-motivated and disciplined approach is essential
- Good in strategy for short term (tender) and long term (product)
- Good in communication & corporation to any company department

**Responsibilities**:
(Analysis, Planning and Monitoring)
- Create long/middle/short term financial plan with the related members
- Develop financial and tax strategies
- Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiatives
- Manage the capital request and budgeting processes
- Risk assessment and countermeasure include, but not limited to: understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile, legal/tax/accounting/regulation issues, insurance coverage
- Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans
- Develop performance measures and monitoring systems that support the company's strategic direction
- Evaluation of the difference between business plan and record, andcreate/implement the countermeasure time to time
- Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team
- Manage the general affairs department such as accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, treasury etc.
- Manage any third parties to which accounting or finance functions have been outsourced
- Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost-effective benefits package
- Supervise acquisition due diligence and negotiate acquisitions
- Arrange for debt financing and equity financing, funding if necessary
(Team Building)
- Create/manage a accounting team, ensuring effective hiring, orientation, effective communication, training, follow-up, development and retention of the staff
- (Report, Information sharing)
- Report the financial result regularly(monthly, quarterly and yearly)
- Report risk issues and mitigate plan to the audit committee of the board ofdirectors
- Information sharing of the knowledge/experience/new information for the improvement
(Others)
- Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
- Establishing effective relationships and collaborations with other Division (Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal etc.)
to address key businessissues and opportunities
- Possessing a deep knowledge of the market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies and proactively develop and modify strategies and tactics accordingly
- Maintaining a high personal level of the wider industry and business knowledge;
- Find suitable Hemodialysis center for M&A
- Identifying and resolving customer issues and concerns when required;
- Providing support for the necessary action as a company such as audit, quality management systems etc,
- Perform other duties as assigned from the company.
