Drake's top client – an HVAC Manufacturer is hiring a Country Service Leader to be part of their collaborative team in Paranaque City.
Summary:
The role of the Country Service Leader is to lead the country service team in implementing the SBU's strategies for service transformation and profitable business growth, while also promoting the development of individuals, fostering strong relationships with local partners, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• The role entails being accountable for developing and executing strategies that enable the successful attainment of the Country Service Annual Operating Plan financial objectives, including bookings, revenue, margin, and operating income.
• Drive and achieve service operational excellence and sustainable business growth.
• Manage and closely monitor the team's performance against Service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and ensure readiness for continuous enhancement.
• Drive actions to attain a high level of customer satisfaction by interacting closely with customers to understand needs, offering value propositions, and delivering excellent service quality.
• Lead and foster a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Uplift the team by advancing the development, continuous learning and engagement of individuals within the organization.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and above in engineering or relevant major
• More than 10 years of working experience in HVAC technical functions.
More than 10 years of working experience in HVAC technical functions. With a background in Business Development, Aftersales, operations, People Management, Relationship and Contract Management, Financial Analysis, PNL (forecasting, budgeting, etc.), and Strategic planning.
• Relevant experience and a successful track record of managing service/ aftermarket solutions business, coupled with a strong understanding of financial business principles, shall be preferred.
• Strong leadership and management skills, as well as extensive knowledge of the HVAC market, are essential requirements.
• Knowledge of Building Controls/ Automation systems and Digital services will be an advantage.
• Experienced in leading teams, managing people (including coaching and training), and demonstrating strong influencing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English to communicate requirements with stakeholders effectively.
